How can we afford Kindiedays?


The savings on printing costs, booklets and time are double the cost of our service and devices. You can’t afford not to! 🙂

What do we need to get started?


All you need is a wireless internet connection and a mobile device, we’ll handle the rest!

What kind of devices does Kindiedays work on?


Kindiedays Educator and Family works on Android and iOS devices. Manager’s tool can be accessed with any computer or laptop.

Where is the data stored and is it secure?


Information is stored in secure Amazon AWS servers, located in Ireland. We are very serious about the security! For example Samsung, Netflix, Nokia, Adobe and Nasa uses the same AWS cloud servers. Specific details can be found HERE.

Who has access to my child's data and is it private?


We take privacy very seriously and follow the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable. All account passwords are encrypted for additional security. Our Privacy Policy informs you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Data that identifies you and/or the children in your custody when you use Kindiedays Apps. Please see our PRIVACY POLICY.

Is the child's data kept in the system forever?


No. When you want the child's data to be deleted, you should request your preschool to do it. When a child's account is deleted from Kindiedays, the child's information is also deleted. If you want to keep the child's information, copy it before deletion.

Is the service connected to any third party platforms? (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google Mail, Microsoft OneDrive)?


We have decided not to connect our platform to any third party services at all. This “sacrifice of possible features” is simply a choice of security.
