What kind of devices does KindieDays work on?
KindieDays Teacher and Parent works currently on Android and iOS devices. Manager web-UI can be accessed with any computer or laptop. Soon accessible from all the devices!
Where is the data stored and is it secure?
Information is stored in secure Amazon AWS servers, located in Ireland. We are very serious about the security! For example Samsung, Netflix, Nokia, Adobe and Nasa uses the same AWS cloud servers. Specific details can be found from https://aws.amazon.com/security/.
Who has access to my data and is it private?
We also take privacy very seriously. All photos and videos of a child are posted only to the accounts of the parents of the child. No one else can access this information without expressed consent being provided by the parents or guardians. All account passwords are encrypted for

Nothing! KindieDays is a tool for managers and teachers in the kindergarten and all the information of your child is exclusively in their use.
Who can access the information about my child?
Kindergarten owner, manager and teachers. Everything is both password and pin protected.
What kind of devices does KindieDays Parents work on?
KindieDays Parent works currently on Android and iOS phones. Web version for other devices and computers coming soon!
Is the service connected to any third party platforms? (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google Mail, Microsoft OneDrive)?
We have decided not to connect our platform to any third party services at all. This “sacrifice of possible features” is simply a choice of security.
How do I reset my password?
In the application login screen, simply type in your email and press “reset password”. You will receive the link to your email.
I cannot log in to my KindieDays! What should I do?
Have you received the authentication link from the kindergarten? It might be that your email the kindergarten has is incorrect. If you have receive it, please reset your password and try to log in again. If you still have problems, please do not hesitate to contact us!
