All you need is a wireless internet connection and a mobile device, we’ll handle the rest!
What kind of devices does Kindiedays work on?
Kindiedays Educator and Family works on Android and iOS devices. Families have the added option of using the kindiedays web family.kindiedays.com. Manager’s tool can be accessed with any computer or laptop.
Where is the data stored and is it secure?
Information is stored in secure Amazon AWS servers, located in Ireland. We are very serious about the security! For example Samsung, Netflix, Nokia, Adobe and Nasa uses the same AWS cloud servers. Specific details can be found from https://aws.amazon.com/security/.

How do I log In with Kindiedays Educator App?
You’ll need the credentials provided by your manager. If you’d like to test a demo version of the app, please send a request to contact and we’ll provide you with credentials. Check out how to log in to Kindiedays Educator from our video.
How do I mark children in and out?
Children are marked in and out by long tapping the child’s profile picture. View how to account for children and manage their locations from the video.
How do I send a message with Kindiedays Educator?
Enter the messages section and follow the steps shown in the video.
How do I create a Journal Post and who can see it?
From the menu bar select New Journal Post and follow the steps shown in the video. The post appears immediately in the journal of the tagged children and it’s viewable by educators and families of the tagged children.
What’s included in child profiles?
You can access the child’s profile by tapping the child’s profile picture. Here you can change their group or location, read notifications or view their personal information, notes, timeline, daily report, photos or messages concerning this specific child only. Please check out the video to find out how.
How do I create data for the Daily Report?
Enter the Daily Report, choose one of the categories from the top and select the children you wish to report about. Fill out the info and save. Check the feature in action from the video.
What information do you collect about my child?
Nothing! Kindiedays is a tool for managers and educators and all the information of your child is exclusively in their use.
Who can access the information about my child?
Childcare center owner, manager and educators. Everything is both password and pin protected.
What kind of devices does Kindiedays Family work on?
Kindiedays Family works on Android and iOS phones. We also offer a Web version that can be used on any device or computer that has an internet connection.
Is the service connected to any third party platforms? (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google Mail, Microsoft OneDrive)?
We have decided not to connect our platform to any third party services at all. This “sacrifice of possible features” is simply a choice of security.
How do I reset my password?
In the application login screen, simply type in your email and press “reset password”. You will receive the link to your email.
I cannot log in to my Kindiedays! What should I do?
Have you received the verification link from Kindiedays and verified your email address? If not, please check with your childcare center that they have entered your email address correctly. If you have received it but the link doesn’t work or if you have already created a password but still cannot log in, please fill in your email address in Kindiedays Family, press Reset password, follow the prompts and log in again. If you still have problems, please do not hesitate to contact us!
